Onion Pachadi (வெங்காயப் பச்சடி)

Onion pachadi goes well with all types of biriyani and pulav, as well as with chappati and curry! 

Curds – half a tumbler or 100ml
Onions, finely chopped – 2 no (பெல்லாரி வெங்காயம்)
Green chilli, chopped – 1 no
Salt – to taste
Curry leaves – a few
Coriander leaves – chopped, 1 teaspoon

Onion Pachadi (வெங்காயப் பச்சடி)
Method: Beat the curds well. Add salt to beaten curds and mix well. Mix little salt to onion pieces and allow it to stand for 5 minutes. Add onion pieces to the curds and mix well. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves. Onion pachadi can be served as an accompaniment to biriyani or pulav.
