Fresh Vegetable Salad

Fresh vegetables and fruits are a good source of anti-oxidants. Moreover, vegetables and/or fruit salads help reduce the servings of carbohydrates in your diet. Addition of salads makes your meal nutritionally more balanced. You can combine fruits, vegetables, pasta and/or sprouts as per your choice and add different dressings to make the salad more interesting.
