We have no time left for preparing the salad dressing, nor do we have the patience for a fancy vegetable salad cutting. A simple salad can always be spiced up match the menu and save your day. Here is how...

Ingredients: (Serves three)

Method: Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin slices. Arrange the slices on a plate in an appealing presentation. Sprinkle salt, pepper and chat masala over the salad, taking care that the spices are spread uniformly. Squeeze the lime over the salad ensuring that the juice is spread uniformly. Keep the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
